People Magazine reports that illegal narcotics were found in the car:

The former star of The O.C., 21, was stopped at 2:46 a.m. and arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol, possession of illegal narcotics and driving without a valid license, according to Lieutenant Honings of the West Hollywood Sheriff's office.

Hotel heiress Paris Hilton's potential inheritance dramatically diminished after her grandfather Barron Hilton announced plans Wednesday to donate 97 percent of his $2.3 billion fortune to charity.

Apparently Paris Hilton's gramps was ashamed of Paris’s wild lifestyle, he wants to see his money used for good after his passing and not have it wasted on Paris.

As the year draws to a close, lets take a look back at the last 12 months of worst-dressed celebrities in 2007. No hards feeling, just take a look.

A 'Worst Dressed List' couldn't exist without the year's biggest fashion offender: Britney Spears. Even the fallen pop tart realizes how frightening she looks in barely-there Daisy Dukes, K-Fed's abandoned shirt, and those horrendous pink booties.

Without a doubt, Brit's favorite accessories are her infamous pink wig and the caramel-colored boots that helped her prance through this disaster of a year. You'd think she could afford a stylist, or a mirror at the very least?!

A brittle Mary-Kate Olsen should know better than to accentuate her twig-like legs in super skinny jeans. The oversized scarf trend also doesn't work when the garment weighs more than the person attempting to wear it.

Honestly, homeless chic was never cute. We'll give the billionaire credit for her hot Christian Louboutin pumps, but that hat has got to go!

Beyonce should really consider locking the doors on the House of Dereon. The aspiring fashion designer and her questionable line have yet to produce a decent outfit for the diva.
