Britney Spears debuted new blonde locks on Monday, just in time to tape a guest appearance on 'How I Met Your Mother.' According to the cast of the CBS comedy, Britney was punctual, professional, and prepared. New look, new attitude?

Britney's younger sister Jamie Lynn was spotted on Friday preparing for her own new role: teen mother. The 16-year-old is also sitcom bound; she'll have a spot on ABC's 'Miss/Guided' as (ironically) a promiscuous high school student.

Paris Hilton will be heading to the small screen as well. On Thursday, the hotel heiress announced her search for a new best friend, which will be documented in a MTV reality series.

On Friday, Paris dispelled rumors that her romance with Benji Madden (the twin brother of Nicole Richie's boyfriend Joel) was fake. Paris revealed on Ryan Seacrest's radio show that the two are 'really happy.'

Current MTV reality star Lauren Conrad held her first fashion show at L.A. Fashion Week on Tuesday. Fashion Wire Daily panned 'The Hills' star's efforts, writing 'there is absolutely nothing new or innovative in her collection.'

Among the attendees at Lauren's show was her 'Laguna Beach' rival Kristin Cavallari, who told The Daily News that she and Lauren have buried the hatchet. The same can't be said for Lauren and current nemesis Heidi Montag, who's launching a clothing line of her own.

She's been a contestant on 'Fear Factor' and bagged Hollywood's hottest bachelor. Now, Sarah Larson can add runway model to her resume. George Clooney's girlfriend was also at L.A. Fashion Week, where she walked the Ashley Paige show on Wednesday.

Priscilla Presley chastized the tabloids for scrutinizing her daughter Lisa Marie's weight gain, which was revealed to be the result of pregnancy. 62-year-old Priscilla will be a target of criticism herself -- she's competing on 'Dancing With the Stars.'

Justin Timberlake and Iggy Pop saluted Madonna at the 23rd Annual Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony on Monday. Other inductees included John Mellencamp, The Dave Clark Five, soul legends Kenny Gamble and Leon Huff, songwriter Leonard Cohen, the Ventures, and harmonica ace Little Walter.

Fomer '90210' star Tori Spelling celebrated the release of her book 'sTori Telling' at D'or Lounge in New York City. In the memoir, the actress accuses her mom of infidelity during her father Aaron's final days.

On Tuesday, Kid Rock caused a stir at a Waffle House. No fists flew this time though. The rocker signed autographs for patrons as a goodwill gesture following a 2007 incident at another of the chain's restaurants where he was charged with battery.

Eva Longoria was all smiles at the opening of her restaurant Beso (Spanish for 'kiss') on Thursday. Patrons will be able to try the actress' tortilla soup and other Mediterranean fare.

The 'Desperate Housewives' star took a moment to pose with partner/executive chef Todd English and one of Beso's signature dishes.

Before the opening, Eva spent the day with best friend Mario Lopez in Hollywood. Mario even gave her an early congratulatory/birthday present in the form of a Cartier necklace. Hey, as long as Eva's husband Tony Parker doesn't mind!

Another Eva - Eva Mendes - celebrated her 34th birthday with a Madison Avenue shopping spree. The actress recently completed a stint in rehab. There's nothing like a little retail therapy to get back on track!

Also in New York this week were Lindsay Lohan's younger sister Ali and her 'momager' Dina. The mother-daughter duo are starring in an upcoming reality show chronicling Ali's quest for fame. The 14-year-old told Teen Vogue she idolizes her older sister and wants to be famous 'so bad you don't even know.'

Before Ali Lohan embarks on her quest for fame, she may want to think about its downsides. Here's Britney Spears leaving trendy clothing boutique Intermix last Wednesday. Scenes like this have caused L.A. City Councilman Dennis Zine to propose the 'Britney Law,' which calls for a personal safety zone around celebrities.

Recognize this bearded photographer? It's Adrian Grenier. The 'Entourage' star played paparazzo for a day on Thursday as part of a documentary he's working on.

Photographers were on hand to watch Ashton Kutcher try to charm his way out of a parking ticket on Wednesday. However, the incident may have been part of his new prank show called 'Pop Fiction.' Kutcher has reportedly enlisted his fellow celebrities to stage outrageous events in order to expose how gullible the media is.

Miley Cyrus ducked into a coffee shop on the way to the recording studio Wednesday. The 15-year-old singer has a busy upcoming schedule; she's hosting the CMT Awards, headlining 'Idol Gives Back,' and appearing at the Kids' Choice Awards.

Janet Jackson celebrated her new album's debut at the top of the Billboard charts with a dinner at Katsuya on Tuesday. 'Discipline' is the 41-year-old's tenth studio album.

Kelly Clarkson took her tour down under to perform for fans in Sydney, Australia. On Thursday, her label executive Clive Davis advised singers to focus on singing and not songwriting. His comment was seen as a direct dig at Clarkson, who co-wrote all the tracks on 'My December,' her poorest performing album to date.

Now that the Spice Girls Reunion Tour has wrapped, Victoria Beckham can spend more time with the family. Posh was spotted doting on sons Cruz and Romeo at a park on Thursday. Wonder if those juice boxes fit in her designer handbag?
