Truth be told, there's nothing unusual about this photospread. Eva, or as our Polish pals call her, Iga, is no stranger to the glamorous galleries of smut (if you consider the usual round of British lad mags to be glamorous, which we do). At the very least there's something satisfying about seeing Eva's name on the same cover as Leonard Cohen's.
