The former King of Pop was spotted out shopping at a Barnes & Noble recently with his three kids but then his face is apparently falling off and seemingly held together with tape and plasters. The singer tried to cover his appearance with a hat, sunglasses and scarf wrapped around his head, there was no fooling the sharp-eyed snappers who took pics and sent them to US newspapers.

Michael's appearance has been the subject of a lot of talk for years as people have wonder what kind of plastic surgery -- and how many operations -- he has had.
