A Pap tries to take upskirt of Jessica Alba? - Unbeknownst to her, a crude photog went low -- real low -- by trying to take pictures up Jessica Alba's skirt. The pap smear took place as the mom-to-be made her way down Melrose Ave. last week. Under California law, anyone who uses a "concealed" camera to shoot pics "under or through the clothing" of the person being photographed is guilty of a misdemeanor. So, the camera is out in the open but as far as Jessica is concerned, it's concealed. What do you think?
