It looks like Hilary Duff may be growing up after all. The young starlet was spotted at Katsuya Japanese restaurant. She was looking so sexy in a miniskirt, tube top (braless), and some fishnet stockings. She’ll come out of her shell eventually, and she’ll actually have a better figures than Paris, Britney, or Lindsay, and maybe she's wild too.
