Eva Longoria was all smiles at the opening of her restaurant Beso (Spanish for 'kiss') on Thursday. Patrons will be able to try the actress' tortilla soup and other Mediterranean fare.


The 'Desperate Housewives' star took a moment to pose with partner/executive chef Todd English and one of Beso's signature dishes.


Before the opening, Eva spent the day with best friend Mario Lopez in Hollywood. Mario even gave her an early congratulatory/birthday present in the form of a Cartier necklace. Hey, as long as Eva's husband Tony Parker doesn't mind!
