Miley Cyrus Naked Scandal
The blogosphere is buzzing with the Vanity Fair photo spread of Miley Cyrus topless shots.
Miley Cyrus photos were taken by photographer Annie Leibovitz for Vanity Fair May issue. According to the People magazine, Miley parents left the premises before taking the last shot (topless), except her teacher and her grandmother.
Miley tells People,
"My goal in music and performance is always to make people happy. To Vanity Fair, I was so honored and I was excited to work with Annie. Tome part of a photo session that was supposed to be artistic, but seeing the photographs and reading the story (accompanying photos), I feel very embarrassed. The mine photos on the Internet are absurd and improper. I appreciate the support of my fans and I hope they understand that the path ahead which I am going to commit mistakes because I'm not perfect. Never tried that to happen (the scandal) and am truly regret if I have disappointed anyone. Above all, I disappointed myself. learn from my mistakes and now are confident the team that supports me. My family and my faith guided me through life. "
New York Time : Revealing Photo Threatens a Major Disney Franchise
A Disney spokeswoman, Patti McTeague, faulted Vanity Fair for the photo. “Unfortunately, as the article suggests, a situation was created to deliberately manipulate a 15-year-old in order to sell magazines,” she said.
The article, written by Bruce Handy, seems to support that claim, quoting Ms. Cyrus as saying, “Annie took, like, a beautiful shot, and I thought it was really cool. That’s what she wanted me to do, and you can’t say no to Annie.” She also said of the photo, “I think it’s really artsy. It wasn’t in a skanky way.”
I think that Annie has ended her career as a professional photographer! These pictures would be appropriate for an 18 year-old, but handle a girl of 15 years is unforgivable !
