As she 'expelled' Megan from the charm school, Sharon said: 'You've not changed since Rock of Love (original TV show). Still the same b**chy, backstabbing girl that you are. Yeah, you changed your clothes today, but Megan, in here you're still a b**ch... a real f**king b**ch.'
